We primarily offer premium dress materials along with custom stitching services. Some limited ready-to-wear outfits may be available during special collections or launches.

Do you provide stitching services?

Yes. We offer custom stitching for most of our dress materials. You can select the stitching option on the product page or contact us for detailed customization.

How do I share my measurements?

After placing your order, you can: 
• Upload measurements on the website (if enabled), or 
• Share them via WhatsApp or email as per the instructions sent after order confirmation.

How long does stitching take?

Stitching usually takes 10–20 working days, depending on design complexity and order volume. During festive seasons, timelines may vary.

Do you accept custom design requests?

Yes. We accept custom design and modification requests based on feasibility. You can book an appointment or contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

What are the shipping timelines?

  • India: 4–7 working days (excluding stitching time)
  •   International: 7–15 working days (excluding stitching time)

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products:
• No returns or exchanges on stitched or customized items.
• Unstitched materials may be eligible for exchange in case of genuine defects (subject to approval).

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
